Aparna Singh

Aparna Singh is a dedicated academician and researcher currently serving at Babu Banarasi Das University. With an M.Sc. in Physics and an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing, she brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to her work. She has over nine years of experience spanning both corporate and academic domains. Aparna is pursuing a PhD in Human Resources from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and has successfully submitted her thesis. She has contributed to the field through her research, with two publications in ABDC-listed journals and numerous paper presentations at national and international seminars. Her expertise lies in Human Resource Management, Business Statistics, and Operations Research.
