Dr. Anurag Mishra

Dr. Anurag Mishra, originally from Puri District in Odisha State, currently holds the position of Associate Professor in the Department of Agad Tantra evam Vidhi Vaidyaka (Clinical Toxicology and Medical Jurisprudence) at Ankerite Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) in 2014 from Government Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Balangir, Odisha, achieving distinction in three subjects. Subsequently, he pursued his M.D. in Dravyaguna from Shri Jagadguru Gavisiddheswara Ayurvedic Medical College & Research Institute, Koppal, Karnataka, under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, completing the program in 2019. Dr. Mishra has made significant contributions to the academic community through his presentation of numerous scientific papers at national and international seminars and conferences. His research work has been published in various indexed journals of both national and international repute. He demonstrates expertise in literary research, editorial work, and critical analysis of Ayurvedic texts and publications. Beyond his academic pursuits, Dr. Mishra is actively engaged in promoting Ayurvedic science through various awareness programs and community outreach initiatives. He maintains an active clinical practice in Ayurvedic treatment while simultaneously mentoring students in the fundamental principles of Ayurveda, clinical toxicology, and related legal frameworks. His dual role as educator and practitioner allows him to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application in the field of Ayurvedic medicine.
