Dr. G. Vaishnav Kumar

The author holds an integrated five-year B.A. LL.B., an LL.M. in Constitutional Law, and a Ph.D., all completed from the esteemed University College of Law, Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has been serving in academia as an Assistant Professor of Law in Pendekanti Law College(Affiliated to Osmania University), Hyderabad since 2017, with teaching expertise in Constitutional Law, Land Laws, and the Code of Civil Procedure. In 2024, he was awarded a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law by Osmania University. His doctoral research, titled 'Concept of Secularism in the Indian Constitution with Special Reference to Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments in the State of Telangana – A Study offers a critical exploration of the relationship between secularism and state-regulated religious institutions within the Indian constitutional context. This book is an adapted and expanded version of his doctoral dissertation, completed under the supervision of Dr. K. Panth Naik, Professor (Retd.), Department of Law, Osmania University, Hyderabad.
