Dr. Himanshu

Dr. Himanshu completed her BAMS in 2018 from SSSB Ayurved Medical College & Hospital, K. Renwal, affiliated with Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur and her MD (Kriya Sharir) from Parul Institute of Ayurveda, Parul University, Vadodara in 2026. She also completed her CRAV in Kayachikitsa from Smt.Maniben A. H. Ayurved Hospital, Ahmedabad. She has been practicing Ayurveda since 2019. She has previously served as a Senior Research Fellow with RARI, Ahmedabad. Her areas of interest include Panchakarma, Kriya Sharir, Kayachikitsa, and evidence-based Ayurveda. She has contributed to multiple research publications and participated in national and international conferences, further enriching her academic, clinical, and research experience. Her research work includes the prospective clinical study titled “A Prospective, Single-Arm Study to Evaluate the Effect of Suaeda fruticosa Forssk. Choorna as a ‘Table Salt Substitute’ on Blood Parameters in Elevated Blood Pressure Individuals.” This book is based on the research findings and clinical work arising from this study. She continues to be engaged in academic research and clinical practice, with a focus on patient-centered care and the scientific exploration of Ayurvedic principles.
