Dr. Indu Tripathi

Dr Indu Tripathi, Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities, Faculty of Engineering, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, is M.A (English), M.Ed., PGDCA, NET qualified and PhD. In her 22 years of teaching experience, she has dedicatedly taught English Communication & Soft Skills to undergraduate & postgraduate students of various professional programs. She has also trained and groomed them through the sessions of personality development. She started her professional career as PGT English in renowned school and college affiliated to ICSE/ISC and CBSC Board. She has bagged one Gold Medal and two Silver medals along with securing the position in topper list in NPTL MOOC courses entitled Developing personality and soft skill, Emotional Intelligence and Effective Communication. With 25 papers published in national / international renowned journals and conference/seminar proceedings, she has also participated in more than 30 national / international seminars, conference,FDP, Workshops and webinars till now. She has actively coordinated three national seminars at departmental level, three international seminars at college level, one national FDP at University level, one national webinar at college level and one international webinar at departmental level. One national and two international conferences have also been conducted by her as a convener. Recently she is playing a role of a member of several academic committees i.e. for NAAC, NBA etc.
