Dr. Kratika Mathur

Dr. Kratika Mathur is an accomplished academician, researcher, and educator with over a decade of experience in higher education. Currently serving as Assistant Professor at JECRC University, Jaipur, she specializes in English Literature, Human Resource Management, and professional skills training. A Ph.D. holder, she has presented and published research at national and international platforms and has contributed extensively to teaching, academic leadership, and student development.
