Dr. Manindra Singh Hanspal

Dr. Manindra Singh Hanspal is an Assistant Professor of Law at Presidency University, Bengaluru, and holds a Ph.D. in Law from Sambalpur University. With an interdisciplinary background in law and bioinformatics, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Biotechnology Law and Policy from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), he brings over a decade of combined industry and academic experience. He has authored numerous research articles, books, and book chapters published by reputed national and international journals and publishers. His research interests include intellectual property, biotechnology law, artificial intelligence, public policy, and the regulation of emerging technologies.
