Dr. Mausam Solanki

Dr. Mausam Solanki is a postgraduate scholar in the Department of Kayachikitsa at Parul Institute of Ayurved, Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat. She completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and is pursuing her MD in Kayachikitsa from Parul Institute of Ayurved, Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat. Her postgraduate research focuses on the experimental and clinical evaluation of Fortified Mamsyadi Kwatha Vati in the management of Anidra (Insomnia). Her areas of interest include Kayachikitsa, Ayurvedic psychiatry, sleep disorders, lifestyle-related disorders, and evidence-based Ayurvedic clinical management. She has actively participated in various academic seminars, conferences, workshops, and research activities. She has contributed to research publications and continues to engage in academic and research activities aimed at strengthening the scientific evidence base of Ayurvedic medicine.
