Dr. Mihir Hashmukhbhai Patel

Dr. Mihir Hashmukhbhai Patel, MD (Ayu), is an accomplished Ayurvedic scholar and a dedicated educator, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dravyaguna at Gokul Ayurvedic Medical College, Gokul Global University, Sidhpur.Deeply rooted in the classical wisdom of Ayurveda and passionate about its practical application, Dr. Mihir has contributed to both academic and literary spheres. He has authored four books, showcasing his versatility as a writer. Two of these are already published one is a collection of inspiring quotes in Gujarati literature, and the other is a research-focused book aligned with his professional expertise. His third book, also in Gujarati, is set to be published soon. This current work, Dravyaguna: From Classroom to Clinic – Where the Science of Herbs Meets the Art of Healing, is his fourth endeavor a bridge between theory and practice, aimed at guiding students, practitioners, and enthusiasts in their journey with medicinal plants. With a vision to make Ayurveda accessible, relatable, and clinically relevant, Dr. Mihir continues to inspire through his teaching, research, and writing.
