Dr. Pallabi Mahanta

Dr. Pallabi Mahanta specializes in Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana, with research on Madhukadi Churna in Swetapradara (Leucorrhoea) published in reputed journals.She has trained in mineral processing in Ayurveda, BLS, and GCP and received the Best Paper Presentation Award at Vishodhana 2020 for her work on nanotechnology in Ayurveda. Her expertise includes herbo-mineral formulations, pharmaceutical standardization, and novel Ayurvedic dosage forms, with a focus on nanotechnology and drug research. She has successfully completed the Certificate Course on “Current Regulatory Requirements for Conducting Clinical Trials in India for Investigational New Drugs /New Drugs (Version 3)” Funded by the MoE, Govt. of India, enhancing her expertise in Indian clinical trial regulations, ethics, and compliance frameworks. Dr. Mahanta has also attended a Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme at the All-India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), New Delhi, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based Ayurvedic practice. Currently, she is the Senior Assistant Professor of the Department of Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana (Ayurvedic pharmaceutics and clinical pharmacology) at Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research Hospital, Sri Sri University, Cuttack, Odisha.
