Dr. Rashmi Saxena

Dr. Rashmi Saxena is an accomplished academician and researcher currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Lucknow. She is a NET-qualified scholar with a Ph.D. in Psychology and possesses more than 20 years of rich teaching experience in higher education. Dr. Saxena has made significant contributions to the field of psychology through her extensive involvement in teaching, research, mentorship, and academic administration. She is actively associated as an Academic Counsellor with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), contributing to distance education and learner support services. Her professional expertise extends beyond academia, as she has been invited as a Resource Person at Sampurnanand Jail Training Institute, Uttar Pradesh Police, Lucknow, where she has delivered expert sessions and training programs. She has also been invited as a resource person at numerous academic institutions and professional forums. Dr. Saxena has authored and co-authored several research papers and books in the field of psychology and social sciences. Her scholarly work has been presented at numerous national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops. Under her academic supervision, two scholars have successfully been awarded Ph.D. degrees, reflecting her commitment to research guidance and academic excellence.
