Dr. Rashmi Sudhir Gabhane

Dr. Rashmi Sudhir Gabhane, BAMS, MD, is an Ayurvedic physician and postgraduate researcher in the field of Rasashastra Evum Bhaishajya Kalpana at Parul Institute of Ayurved, Parul University, Vadodara. Her academic interests lie in Ayurvedic pharmaceutics, innovative drug-delivery systems, and the scientific exploration of traditional formulations through contemporary pharmaceutical approaches. Her research focuses on the development and evaluation of an innovative Ayurvedic ophthalmic patch for Dry Eye Syndrome, incorporating herbal extracts and Yashada Bhasma and supported by analytical, stability and in-vitro drug-release studies. Through her work, she seeks to bridge classical Ayurvedic principles with modern pharmaceutical research and contribute to the development of innovative approaches in ophthalmic care.
