Dr. Richa Garg, BAMS, MD (Kayachikitsa), PhD, is an Ayurveda physician, academician, researcher, and author currently serving as Reader in the Department of Kayachikitsa at State Ayurvedic College, Lucknow. With a strong academic foundation and years of experience in teaching, clinical practice, and research, she has dedicated her career to the advancement of Ayurvedic medicine and healthcare education. Her professional interests include Kayachikitsa (Internal Medicine),evidence-based Ayurveda, integrative healthcare, lifestyle disorders, mental health, and clinical research. Dr. Garg has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students, contributing to academic excellence and the promotion of research-oriented learning. She has participated in numerous scientific conferences, seminars, workshops, and research activities, and has contributed to the dissemination of Ayurvedic knowledge through academic publications and scholarly work.
