Dr. Sahana Ashok

Dr. Sahana Ashok, currently working as an Associate Professor in the Dept. of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology at GDC, Jamnagar. She has completed her BDS from SDM Dental College, Dharwad, Karnataka. She then did her master degree (MDS) at Vyas Dental College,Jodhpur, Rajasthan.She has a decent number of publications to her credit. She has presented many posters and papers in National and International conferences. She has delivered many National & International guest lectures as keynote speaker. She has been elected as an executive committee member of the Indian Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology in 2018 and continuing to serve the association till date. She was the organizing secretary of 19 th IAOMP National 3D Virtual PG Convention to be held at Rajahmundry in August 2021. She has also received “Research Excellence Award” by Institute of Scholars in July, 2021. Has been editor for book Futuristic Trends in Medical Sciences Volume 3 Book 6 published in 2024.
