Dr. Sahar Zaidi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiotherapy, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, with a distinguished academic and clinical profile in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic neck pain, low back pain, breast cancer rehabilitation, and sensorimotor control. She has an extensive publication record in high-impact, Scopus- and PubMed-indexed journals, including Frontiers in Oncology, Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies, Healthcare, Journal of Clinical Medicine, Heliyon, Complementary Therapies in Medicine and Clinical Practice, Scientific Reports, and several oncology and rehabilitation journals, along with multiple book chapters with international publishers such as Wiley-Scrivener, CRC Press–Taylor & Francis, IGI Global and others. Her research spans pain, disability, cancer survivorship, exercise-based interventions, proprioceptive training, and the integration of artificial intelligence and neurorehabilitation in physiotherapy practice. She has received multiple awards for her exemplary academic, professional, and community work, including awards for outstanding contribution, women empowerment, community service, teaching appreciation, and women entrepreneurship from various professional and social organizations. Dr. Zaidi has been actively involved as an organizer, chairperson, and scientific committee member in national and international conferences, has delivered and presented numerous scientific papers, and regularly contributes to professional development through faculty development programs, seminars, and workshops. She also plays a key role in community health outreach camps, women’s health initiatives, and literary and academic clubs, reflecting a strong commitment to holistic development, interdisciplinary engagement, and public health promotion.
