Dr. Shatabdi Choudhury

Dr. Shatabdi Choudhury is a dedicated dental surgeon with a strong interest in Paediatric and Preventive Dentistry. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.) from Kalinga Institute of Dental Sciences, Bhubaneswar, under KIIT Deemed University, where she maintained a commendable academic record and actively participated in extracurricular activities, including volunteering in state- and national-level conferences. In 2023, she qualified the NEET entrance examination and joined the Master of Dental Surgery (M.D.S.) program in the Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry at Awadh Dental College and Hospital, Jamshedpur. She is actively involved in clinical practice, including pediatric endodontics, interceptive orthodontics, pediatric minor oral surgeries, academic research, and extracurricular activities. Dr. Shatabdi has a keen interest in academics and aspires to pursue a career in the academic field while contributing to evidence-based pediatric oral healthcare. She has also participated in oral health awareness programs across schools as a health program anchor. A registered Student Member of the Indian Society of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry (ISPPD), she has presented multiple papers and posters that have been well appreciated.
