Dr Shubh Arora

Dr Shubh Arora is currently serving as an Associate Professor at Sharda University, where she brings over 16 years of extensive academic and research experience. She holds a PhD in Marketing, along with an MBA specialising in Marketing and Finance. Dr Arora commenced her academic career following her graduation from HNB Garhwal University. Committed to continuous improvement, she has completed a Refresher Course focused on Quality Research and Teaching Methodology from UGC-HRDC, Jodhpur. Dr Arora is dedicated to fostering dynamic learning environments and utilises innovative pedagogical approaches to enhance student engagement and comprehension. By integrating advanced methodologies tailored to diverse learning styles, she creates an environment conducive to student success and excellence. Her professional expertise is further demonstrated through her substantial publication record, which includes multiple articles in reputable national and international journals indexed in SCOPUS, ABDC, UGC, and other academic databases. Her research interests encompass a wide range of areas, including services marketing, consumer behaviour, retail management, digital marketing, and marketing management.
