Dr. Shweta Oza is an academician and researcher in the field of management studies with a strong interest in marketing, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management at Parul University, Vadodara. She completed her Ph.D. in Management with research focusing on the impact of social media on tourism buying behaviour. Dr. Oza has actively contributed to teaching, research, and academic development. Her research interests include social media marketing, tourism marketing, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing strategies. She has presented and published research papers in various national and international conferences and journals.She is also involved in mentoring students, organizing academic events, and contributing to research-oriented initiatives in the field of management. Through her scholarly work, she aims to explore the evolving role of digital platforms in shaping consumer decision-making and marketing practices.
