Dr. Sonia Hooda

Dr. Sonia Hooda is an Ayurvedic physician and educator with a keen interest in bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and modern science. She completed her BAMS (2014-2020) from MSM Institute of Ayurveda, BPSMV, Khanpur Kalan, Sonipat, and pursued her post-graduation (2021-2024) from Ch. Brahm Prakash Ayurved Charak Sansthan, Najafgarh, New Delhi. Currently, she serves as an Assistant Professor at Gangaputra Ayurvedic Medical College, Kandela, Jind, Haryana. Dr. Sonia is passionate about decoding Ayurveda through the lens of modern scientific principles, highlighting how contemporary research often validates what Ayurveda has professed for centuries. Through her work, she aims to make Ayurvedic knowledge more accessible, relatable, and scientifically engaging.
