Dr Srusti Upadhyay

Dr Srusti Upadhyay is a passionate Ayurvedic scholar and researcher pursuing her M.D. in Kriya Sharir from Parul University, Vadodara. With a deep interest in exploring the intersection of Ayurveda and modern science, she has conducted extensive research on the physiological and therapeutic effects of copper vessel water. Her work, “Healing Water: An In Vivo Study of Copper Vessel Water in Ayurveda and Modern Science,” bridges traditional wisdom with scientific inquiry. Her research focuses on the physiological and biochemical impact of water stored in copper vessels. Dr Upadhyay has presented and published multiple research papers in reputed journals and conferences, contributing meaningfully to the advancement of evidence-based Ayurvedic science. She has authored and presented several papers on Ayurvedic physiology and integrative health at national and international conferences. Through this study, she aims to connect classical Ayurvedic concepts with modern scientific validation, fostering a deeper appreciation for India’s traditional healing wisdom.
