Dr. Suhana Parvin Muquit

Dr. Suhana Parvin Muquit completed her B.V.Sc. & A.H. from the College of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, Selesih, Aizawl, Mizoram, and her M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Physiology from ICAR-Indian Veterinary Research Institute (ICAR-IVRI), Izatnagar,Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Veterinary Physiology at ICAR-IVRI and has also qualified UGC-NET. Her academic and research interests include Veterinary Physiology, heat stress, cellular stress responses, and immuno-physiology. She has contributed to research and academic literature through various research articles, review articles, popular articles, and book chapters. She has been awarded ICAR Institutional Fellowships for both her M.V.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes and has received multiple awards for Best Oral and Poster Presentations at national and international conferences. She was also awarded the Best M.V.Sc. Thesis Award by LWVAI. Her interest in preparing this compilation arose from the need for a concise and systematic resource that can help veterinary students revise the extensive syllabus of Physiology within a limited time. The book is intended primarily for B.V.Sc. & A.H. students, while also serving as a quick revision resource for Veterinary Officer and other competitive examinations in Veterinary and Animal Sciences.
