Dr.Aaditya Khede

Dr.Aaditya Khede is a dedicated Post-Graduate Scholar in Shalakya Tantra at Parul Institute of Ayurved, Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat. He completed his undergraduate studies at Veena Vadini Ayurved Medical College, Bhopal, af iliated with Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur. His dissertation focuses on the management of Sheetada (Gingivitis) using Kushthadi gel, integrating traditional knowledge with modern analytical and evidence-based approaches. Dr. Aaditya has contributed to Ayurvedic research through publications in Web of Science and DOAJ- indexed journals and has presented papers at national and international conferences. Dr. Aaditya Khede has developed a deep interest in the classical concept of Pathya–Apathya and its relevance in the prevention and management of disorders involving the Netra, Karna, Nasa, Mukha, Gala, and Shirah. This interest became the foundation for his book, Pathyamrita, which brings together classical Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle principles with contemporary perspectives on nutrition, preventive healthcare, and healthy living.
