Dr.Gajendra.K is an eminent Physical Educationist and qualified Hockey Coach. He has completed his Education Career up to Certificate in Hockey Coaching, NSNIS, Patiala , B.P.Ed from Bangalore, University , Bangalore, Master of Physical Education from YMCA College of Physical Education Chennai, and Doctor of Philosophy from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamilnadu. He has cleared NET and AP SET . He has distinguished himself as an efficient teacher and an outstanding sportsman in hockey and represented university and national level competitions. He has started his Professional Career as an Assistant professor , Department of Physical Education, Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, (Women’s University) Tirupati in 2013 and worked as a course coordinator for defence and uniformed courses in the Department of Physical Education. He completed 09 years of service in teaching B.P.Ed and M.P.Ed programme. . At present, he is working as a Secretary, Sports Committee in IISER Tirupati . His research area is Sports Psychology and Sports Biomechanics. He has attended and presented research papers in various national and international seminars and conferences and have been published 37 Research papers in the reputed journals at national and International level.
