Er. ShantanuVirnave received his Master’s of Technology from the Department of Electrical Power System from the Department of Electrical Engineering from R.K.D.F University, Bhopal as a Silver Medalist. He has done Master’s of Business Administration in Project Management from Karnataka State Open University, Mysore. He has done Post Graduate Diploma Programme in International Business from All India Institute of Management Studies, Chennai, He received his Bachelor’s of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dr. M.G.R. University, Chennai. He has vast experience in Constructional Industries. He served as Electrical Engineer in MEP/ E&M division at different sites & locations in India. He worked as Lecturer in Polytechnic Institute in Jharkhand. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering in Y.B.N University, Ranchi. He is also a member of IEI, WASET, IAENG and organizations. He also published Patents. He published Research Articles in many reputed Journals. A book on Electrical Engineering subject has already published by him. A part from Engineering his area of Interest in Management is in International Business, Project Management, Organizational Behaviours , Entrepreneurship, Operational Management others.
