Krisha Kedia is a student researcher, writer, entrepreneur, and aspiring economist from Mumbai, India. Fascinated by the ways economics influences everyday life,she views the subject not merely as a field of study, but as a powerful framework for understanding how individuals, businesses and governments make decisions in an increasingly interconnected world.
An IB Diploma student at Oberoi International School, Krisha has pursued her interest in economy through a combination of academic research, writing, entrepreneurship and education. She is particularly interested in contemporary economic challenges and the intersection of economics with technology, innovation and public policy. Her curiosity has led her to undertake independent research projects, including a published research paper in the Hong Kong Journal of Social Sciences titled "To What Extent Does Industry-Level Exposure to Generative AI Influence Wage Growth Trends in U.S. Service-Sector Industries During the Early Adoption Period(2023-2025)?"
Beyond research, Krisha enjoys translating complex economic ideas into accessible and engaging insights. She is currently pursuing her IB Extended Essay in Economics, further developing her analytical and research skills while investigating real-world economic issues. Her academic interests span behavioral economics, development economics, labor markets and the impact of technical change in society.
