Ms. Aditi Pateriya

Ms. Aditi Pateriya is currently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Law, UPES (Dehradun, India), and is also pursuing Ph.D. from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (Patiala, India). Her topic for research in Ph.D. is 'Critical Analysis of the Laws of Animal Protection in India with Special Reference to the National Capital Region of Delhi'. She has also worked as the Faculty Advisor for Animal Law Study Club at School of Law, UPES. She has an experience of 5 years working as an Assistant Professor of Law in reputed law institutes. Apart from this, she has completed B.A.L.L.B. (Hons.) from Institute of Law, Nirma University (Gujarat, India) and post-graduate L.L.M. with specialization in Constitutional and Administrative law from National University of Advanced Legal Studies (Kochi, India). She has also passed the National Eligibility Test for Assistant Professor conducted by the University Grants Commission in June 2019. In addition to this, she has published papers in UGC-CARE listed journals and has also presented papers in various international and national conferences.
