Ms. Palak Chauhan is a graduate of the Amity School of Languages, Amity University Chhattisgarh, where she earned her B.A. (Hons.) in English Literature. She conducted her research under the guidance of Dr. Pratyush Ranjan Padhee. Her research paper, titled "Writing as Therapy: Situating Traumatic Recovery in Stephen Chbosky’s The Perks of Being a Wallflower,"* explores the therapeutic dimensions of literature in addressing trauma. Moreover her dissertation, "From Table to Patriarchy: Reading Masculinity and Bodily Autonomy in Han Kang’s The Vegetarian and the South Asian Context," offers a comparative study of gender, power, and the politics of the body within patriarchal cultures. With a deep interest in literary studies, she aims to build a professional future in the field of literature.
