Prof (Col.) Sameer Misra

Prof (Col.) Sameer Misra is a retd army officer, Joined Army (Corps of Signals) as a technical graduate(Comn Enggr).Commanded army sub unit, performed the duties of Deputy Head of a major signal unit. Lead the army sub unit in ‘OP Vijay’ and ‘OP Parakram’. During OP Vijay became casualty while leading the troops in war. Was posted as Deputy Head & Chief Instructor in army training centre, worked at MoD as Director Finance (Projects) and budget controller and also worked as Chief General Manager (Administration) & Adm Comdt at Stn HQ. He is a Visiting Prof/ Guest Speaker/Free lancer professional with more than 12 years of experience with leading management institutes in teaching Retail and HR subjects and 09 years experience in teaching comn enggr in army. Presented large numbers of papers on HR and Retail Management topics at National and International seminars.
