Prof. (Dr.) Govind Singh Rajpal

Dr. G. S. Rajpal is an expert academician with over 16 years of teaching and research experience, specializing in business law, criminal law, and procedural law. He holds a Ph.D. in corporate governance from MGS University, Bikaner, and a postgraduate diploma in criminology. He has guided numerous Ph.D. and LL.M. scholars. Dr. Rajpal has served as the officiating director at Amity University,Raipur, and as officiating dean, School of Law, at Sandip University. He is presently a professor at School of Law, MIT Art, Design, and Technology University in Pune. His dynamic leadership and dedication to academic success continue to inspire the forthcoming generation of legal professionals.
