Rushikesh V. Pandya

Rushikesh V. Pandya is an accomplished academician and electrical engineer with over 11 years of experience in teaching and research. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Dr. Subhash University, Junagadh, Gujarat, where he also serves as an Assistant Professor in the Engineering Department. His academic interests span power systems, electrical machines, renewable energy technologies, and embedded systems. Mr. Pandya has contributed extensively to the academic community through research publications, workshops, and expert sessions—particularly in areas like automation, Arduino-based project learning, and problem-based curriculum development. He has guided numerous students in project-based learning initiatives and has played an active role in promoting innovative and practical learning approaches. His passion for teaching, combined with a hands-on approach to engineering education, reflects his commitment to nurturing the next generation of engineers.
