Research Scholar
Shumila Fatma Naqvi holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, a Diploma in Guidance and Counselling, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and a Master of Education (M.Ed.). She is currently a Research Scholar in Educational Psychology, deepening her commitment to understanding how the mind learns, grows, and heals. Her academic and practical background spans clinical psychology, educational counselling, and research — equipping her with a uniquely holistic perspective on human well-being. She weaves together evidence-based psychological approaches with the timeless wisdom of Indian philosophical traditions, including the Bhagavad Gita, Buddhist mindfulness, and the inner science of yoga. Through her counselling practice and educational work, Shumila has supported students, teachers, and individuals navigating stress, self-doubt, and life transitions. She believes that the smallest shift in awareness can unlock profound transformation — and that genuine happiness is not a destination to be reached, but a set of daily, conscious choices to be made.
